The range is very nice. Love the look and the options on this range. It took some time to get used to the center burner. It runs on the low side. Also make sure you season the griddle before using as things will stick if you do not. The only complaint I would have is that the knobs turn easily. Twice we have bumped into them and they tried to ignite.

Needed Repair 3 times in 5 months

I am so dissatisfied with this expensive purchase of what I trusted to be a quality range. I purchased the latest gas range model with and air fry oven. The front panel has gone out twice and now the gas burners tick like it™€™s time to lite it. Very scary!! I had to flip the breaker and turn off all power to it. I will be without my oven for 2 weeks again. This has been a very costly mistake because I can not use my oven. And the cost of having it repaired each time. A $79 service call then parts and labor and hopefully the technician has the part with him or it™€™s even longer to have repaired. I truly believe I have a lemon! But there no one to talk to! When you do reach someone by phone, it™€™s usually a lengthy phone call due to the language barrier and having to repeat the issue.

I love it. It bakes like a a dream. The self clean feature makes the oven look brand new even if there's baled om grease. I replaced a ten year Kenmore with this product and I have never been happier with a major appliance purchase. My old oven was unreliable and had hot spots. I had to have to sensor unit replaced twice. This was a huge step up. I bake a lot. Since purchasing this unit in October I've made a loaf of bread every week, choux pastry several times and many many pies. The results have been exceptionally good.

Only 2 little things not thrilled with are the bottom drawer could be a little deeper and reaching up to the microwave above, the burner knobs turn on very easily if bumped from the side. I have this beautiful stove the is hopefully on the road to recovery. There have been more than my fair share of problems. The center burner wouldn't light so that was replaced. While baking and using the burners, I turned a knob and burned my hand. Apparently a part was bent and the oven was not venting properly. That was somewhat fixed and waiting for the part. The kobs sat at an angle and when I turned them, they scraped the panel because it was not at the correct angle. That piece is ordered. So it sits looking beautiful but it has problems. I love the center griddle and the air fryer! The oven temperature seems to be accurate and even. So, I'm hoping to be able to give it a 5 star once it is fully functioning like a new stove should.

Not pleased with Frigidaire

We bought our range in late October last year. Almost immediately we noticed that the burners were popping when it was on 2 or lower. We had a tech look at it and while he was testing it, the popping burner actually blew the flame out ™€" but the gas still was feeding, which of course is a potentially dangerous problem. After multiple service calls and even a Frigidaire-authorized swap, the product continues to pop. Frigidaire says it's our gas line. We've had the gas company out several times and the pressure is fine. We've had the plumbers who originally installed it out to check. (BTW, when calling frigidaire, expect 40-60 minute wait on hold. Even the techs have to wait when calling.)I like the unit other than this issue, but I'm disgusted with the way we've been treated by both the dealer and Frigidaire. I just want my money back.

I absoulutely love my gas range. I love the air fry addition... so much healthier and with it in my range, I gave my counter top version to my daughter. I love the way the grates go all the way across the stove. My only suggestion would be to make the controls for the stove, lock. I have bumped the control knobs by accident and turned on the gas. This could be a very dangerous problem. However, it is still my favorite stove of all time. Heats evenly and fairly quickly. You can use the quick heat if you need though.

We really love the way it looks. Our only issue is that after just using it 2 time the knob for one burner broke and we couldn™€™t turn the gas off, so we had to pull the stove out and disconnect the gas until we could have service on it. Unfortunately it happened on a Friday night so we had to wait till Monday, the company came right out first thing on Monday because this was a safety issue. They fixed the problem temporarily and ordered the part that was needed. Within 10 days the part was here and they were back out to fix the problem with the new part. It is working great now with no problems

Horrible range saftey hazard

I purshased this range and my 12 year old who loves to bake was baking and burned her finger on the knobs. My sister who was in my house was next to her when she told her she went to turn it off and burned herself as well. The front panel got extremely hot. After calling frigidare customer service for 3 weeks and who was extremely nasty poor customer service did not help me at all did not offer a resolution to their porrly designed range.

Brand New and Won't Work and Can't get it Fixed.

I purchased product, had to wait 2 months to get it (on back order). Then after I install it, it doesn't work. First, there was a fitting inside the oven that wasn't tightened at the factory and the oven caught fire. And the oven keeps turning off in the preheat cycle, which I then have to unplug it to reset, then have to wait 5 or more minutes to try again. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. Service call resulted in I can't find anything wrong with it, so I unplugged all the connections and plugged them back in and I can't get it to mess up. Now Electrolux will not return my emails.

I like the looks of it, but the handles on the door and drawer were damaged. I's been 2 weeks and only one showed up, the other one is on back order. I used the oven once and when I went to use it again something like glue dropped on the burner cover leaving black on an oven used once.Hopefully after the technician gets here everything will be fixed and I can really use the oven. I have cooked on the stove top and I really like it.

Wanted to give it 5 stars. The only drawback we've found is the air fry function is messy. It doesn't matter what level the air fry rack is on (Frigidaire recommends level 3), the fan blows crumbs (breaded items) & moisture ( juice from foods) around. Otherwise, an excellent purchase! It cooks evenly, the oven baking is spot on & looks great in our kitchen!

We purchased this model in September 2020 from an authorized Frigidaire vendor. For two years, the appliance worked fine. We used the oven's self-cleaning feature two time during that period. the second time we used that feature after Thanksgiving 2022, the self-cleaning feature issued two error codes which we subsequently learned affected the pc control board and another board. We cancelled the self-clean feature and attempted to open the oven door after an hour had elapsed. The locking feature on the door did not disengage and after several attempts at resetting the oven by disconnecting the electricity, the oven door remained locked. We called customer service and were informed that the warranty had expired (we knew this but didn't expect the appliance to fail after two years operation and very infrequent use of the self-cleaning feature). Through research we found that technicians and vendors advised not to use self-cleaning features on ovens of many manufacturers because the electronic components could not withstand the intense heat generated from the self-clean cycle. We would think that given this unit is only two years old Frigidaire would want to stand behind its product and replace it. Instead, we had an authorized service technician come out, diagnosed the problem as the two electronic boards were not communicating with each other, and advised they had to be replaced. Our service call cost and that of the boards totaled $585.00. We paid $1,200.00 for the appliance which now retails for $1,024.00. The boards arrived, the technician installed them and the thermo fuse, plugged in the electricity and the oven controls did not work. In consultation with Frigidaire who then advised that the wiring harness should be replaced, we went along with the "black box" practice of replacing the next item on the troubleshooting list. We were then told that the harness which was to have been delivered before the 12/22 appointment would not be delivered in time for the appointment to be kept. Now we are facing the reality of not having a functional range for the holidays. We do have a cooktop but one cannot bake on the stove top.

We started to notice a beep coming from the stove one day. Then the clock time started changing and the self clean timer would turn off and on. What got us to unplug the stove nightly was when the oven would turn on by itself and that really scared us. We have not had the stove for very long either.

I had my oven 8 months has been serviced once due to a shipping/assembly defect I am once again waiting for repairs on my new oven. Parts are in, but nobody can come and do the repairs until 12/2 . I have had no oven for a month and will be without one for thanksgiving in

I love everything about my stove except that the side of stove when using cooktop gets hot. I no longer can place my cutting board up against the stove on my counter & need to be sure no paper towels are touching that side either

Absolutely love my slide in Frigidaire oven. My husband and I are always in the kitchen cooking or baking. We™€™ve always dealt with small stoves and Ovens but would make it work. Now we can actually have all 4 burners going without our pots touching! The convection baking has revolutionized my cookies and I am so thankful! Not to mention the knobs are heavy so you can really feel the quality that was put in on every detail

Had a longish wait for deliver, which is typical right now. 8 weeks. Seems to be working well. It would have been nice if the sales info had been clear that it would come with natural gas fittings. We waited 5 days to get the LP gas conversion kit, had no stove during that time. I ordered the conversion kit and did the installation myself or it would have required an additional service call. The inset on the back of the stove was much shorter than our original stove so it interfered with the gas supply fittings. I had to raise the stove 3/4 inch beyond maximum range of the leveling feet to get it above the fittings. The control knobs on the front of the stove rather than at the back means they are easy bump and turn accidentally.
