We have a small area that this unit fits right in and looks beautiful its not loud and cleans clothes very nicely When the cycle is done and the light turns on its nice to see inside incase a lost sock gets left behind I would recommend to someone that doesnt mind having to lift your clothes from bottom to top dryer its nice that the doors stay open if you open them... i love the song it plays when its done too

After a bad experience in receiving a doa unit and having to wait for a replacement to arrive only to have it dumped in the middle of the laundry room even though the initial order included installation for some reason the replacement did not and then to discover the replacement is a dented unit and then to receive NO response from LG after confirmation of our complaint re all this...I am giving it two stars because it is a nice unit. The customer service is inexcusable.

Good Machine / Bad Customer Service

I bought this washer/dryer tower last March and since the first time it showed an error code meaning the vent needed to be cleaned when drying on the normal setting not any other settings just normal. First they said I had to have the vents cleaned before they would send a service person have and I must show a receipt. After having the vents cleaned they then said they had to be cleaned all the way to the outside. Since this is a condo that is not an easy task. So $300 later they said I needed to do a reset then run 5 times. Finally last week they finally sent a service person out. The condo is a vacation rental and we actually live in a different state. So I arranged for building maintenance to meet them. They didnt call before they went and the maintenance guy was tied up and couldnt go with him. We never heard from anyone so I called to check and LG told me the service man CLEANED THE VENT AND SAID IT WORKED We cant get down there until next month but I can guarantee its not fixed Never again will I buy LG products

I bought the tower in May 2023. I am so happy I did - the settings are in the middle of the tower which as petite person makes it easier for me to use the fact that the laundry is weighed by the machines helps save time and energy when washing and drying and the sound of the bells to indicate the cycle the machines are going through is really helpful when I am working on other projects in my kitchen.

Heating element went our after just 7 months

We only had this for 7 monthd and the heating element went out. Limited warranty doesnt cover it so we went with our home warranty thankfully. Kind of bummed this happened as its brand new dn we never use it. I wish there was better help and if they send out a technician it would be nice to know the cost of diagnosis prior to them coming out

Good Features but the new dryer needed repair.

The bad - We got the wash tower delivered on July 26th and the dryer didnt work on arrival. LG did send a tech to repair the dryer but the entire process took a week where we had to dry clothes at Laundromat. The good - the washer dryer talk to each other and seamlessly decide the drying time based on the washing load and the washer is relatively quiet.

Absolutely awesome washer dryer combo. We recently redid our master bath and it fits perfectly without taking too much space. Very quiet even when running both at the same time. The only reason it is a 4/5 is because the control panel started to glitch about a month after we installed it. LG was very good about getting one of their techs to come look at and fix it at no cost to us and since then its been great.

Ive had my wash tower about 6 weeks and it is terrific. Its quiet washes and dries perfectly and looks great. I have a very small utility room so the wash tower is a perfect space solution. I am diligent about drying all the crevices in the rubber gasket of the washer in an attempt to avoid any mold/mildew.

This is our third LG laundry set. The first stayed with a house we sold and is still running. The second was about five years old and ran flawlessly. We sold that set to buy the stack model for aesthetic reasons. We would have bought the full featured model but needed the Graphite Steel color to match the refrigerator that it sits beside. I like everything about this unit except the dryer selections are extremely limited. Temperature and dryness settings are fixed in most modes. You can cook your clothes on high heat run at medium heat on a cycle that runs long after the clothes are dry or repeat a shorter cycle because you cannot adjust dryness. LG deliberately handicapped this dryer to justify a higher cost for the next model up. Compared to the higher model this unit has a lower grade tub material and no dryer steam function. I dont know why LG found it necessary to turn off the selection buttons. The unit is well made but I kind of hate it.

WKE100HVA / Washer Dryer Combo / Not impressed yet

It is a beautiful unit. And it is packed with technology however from Day 1 I have had issues. Granted the issues may not be the responsibility of LG however I purchased a Washer/Dryer to wash and dry clothes. When that doesnt happen I called Lowes who said to call LG and that becomes another story who said our unit is perfect it must be the installation which resulted in calling Lowes again who was very responsive to have the unit re-installed which resulted in another call to LG who said that I needed to hire a third company to clean my vent I had cleaned it prior to install however they said that I needed a professional vent company. And until I could prove that was completed that they would not send a technician. It was clear that the person was working from a script Later the LG person said Why dont you try resetting the machine? I asked how and they said turn it off at the breaker. interesting that this was a step AFTER advising me of the need to hire a cleaning company etc. And then a technician shows up unannounced and after LG told me that they would not send a technician. Who advises that I need a different type of hose connection. It is too early to offer my insights regarding the unit however I go back to I bought a unit to use and I am not using it yet. How is that my fault?

Nice product tight fit for a typical closet

We purchased this product 3 weeks ago. Depth and height of the product seemed reasonable for our typical size closet. However when the delivery contract company installed it they did a less than stellar job on back duct and installation. Product itself has been good but a tight fit for a standard closet.

Machine didnt work when we got it out of the box

We pulled the stack out of the box and it was inoperable. Contacted LG and they sent a tech out to fix it. We are satisfied that we are able to get it fixed under the warranty.

Just got this and have only run it once but super excited at how well it works. Love the connectivity to my phone so I know when the cycle is done even if I cant hear the beep. Easy to set up and clothes came out as expected.
